You pay nothing now. Your order is placed with just your name and phone number, and we call to confirm it before dispatch. You pay the full amount — the piece and the delivery — in cash to the courier when the parcel reaches you.

Delivery is priced by wilaya. Pick yours in the order form and the cost appears straight away, before you confirm — nothing is a surprise at the door. We deliver to all 58 wilayas, either to a pickup desk or to your door, with both prices shown side by side.

Between one and eight days depending on your wilaya. Pick yours in the order form and you get an arrival date rather than an estimate. We call to confirm the order first, and the clock starts at that call.

You have 48 hours from delivery to request an exchange. The piece needs to be as you received it — unwashed, tags on. Call us and we'll arrange the right size.

Our sizes are set by body weight rather than conventional sizing, so enter your weight and height in the size engine above and it will pick for you. If you land between two, both genuinely fit: take the smaller for a regular cut, the larger for a relaxed one.

Take 3 pieces and pay for 2. In every 3 pieces, the cheapest one is free. They do not have to match: the 3 can be entirely different garments, and even when you take the same one more than once you set a colour and size per piece on the product page. It applies itself once 3 eligible pieces are in the bag, and the free piece is named in the bag before you confirm.
